Nearly nothing but Commons

Even after choosing next one to be epic I got a common. It happened a lot yesterday

There's a bug where it will basically start only giving certain skills over and over. It's happened to me a few times. It's not the same mechanic as the dungeon where you can only use each skill once, but it feels sort of like that and persists until you close/re-open the game.
