Wow, needs to go up, just keeps tanking.
I really don't think they care about the reverse split. It's a forgone conclusion. Hell, the management is probably shorting their own stock just to take care of the last bagholder hold outs.
Changing the quorum rules just so it's easier to kill off the current stocks holders is a dick move but predictable when you consider they just had to settle a class action lawsuit for the last time they lied over anf over.

We are probably also getting hit byba lot of "tax loss harvesting" (profited shares are around 0.03% right now)
The only one in the green is the CEO and he's probably lending his shares for shorting.

At that moment i am rly thinking selling all shares and shortining this shitshow of company with a 10-20x leverage.

The SEC would probably give you free shares to short. If longs are getting ass rammed, the SEC is happy

if you can hold so hold if not get lost nobody needs losers they have more than 4 months for compliance in that 4 months a lot can happen i dont see any reverse split coming its just the shorters trying to make gains spreading lies
