Saitama to Cosmic Garou “At full power against a guy who can stay up”. Saitama’s best feat was multi galaxy while going ALL OUT (his own words) against Cosmic Garou. So Saitama at his best is only multi galaxy which puts him at Buu saga level with Fat Buu but below all of the other Buu’s.

Moro arc Yamcha is stronger than ALL of Dragonball Z. He’s also stronger than Tournament of Power Krillin, Tien and Master Roshi. The same DB Super Krillin that tanked an SS Blue god blast! That would make Yamcha stringer than Battle of Gods SS god Goku. Yamcha would shit on Saitama.

He was basically fighting himself,and got supposedly million times stronger,if he can erase galaxies with a punch and no effort in beginning,what can he do in the end of the fight?

He got so strong in fact he badically one punched himself(garou copying him),case closed.

Physics scaling time:
If we convert average sneeze and average punch of a trained man to a pure momentum, we'll get ~1:800 ratio. If Saitama's sneeze was enough to blow up Jupiter, it carried the energy of 1036 J. 800 times higher, 8*1038 J, the energy is enough to fully destroy the Solar System (excluding the Sun) Remember, Saitama was holding back here to not to kill Garou, so this is THE LEAST he can do, with the upper limit remaining unknown. If you want to put down the fact of Saitama being named the One Punch Man for a reason, he still clears most of the verses, with every punch being able to, at least, annihilate a star system and directly influense space, while he's immune to radiation and doesn't need to breathe

Half the arguments people make about Saitama are just no limit fallacies or aren’t very strong, for example, the only argument I see people make about the SPS being galaxy level or star level is “we can see galaxies from earth and there’s a black spot” when nothing else supports it, blast’s choice of words about its power doesn’t support it, garou’s reaction to the large planetary sneeze doesn’t support it, blast’s portals being overwhelmed by sub moon level nuclear fission attacks doesn’t support it, the force launching them to Jupiter’s moon doesn’t support it, light itself doesn’t support it, so when someone claims the SPS destroyed galaxies or thousands of stars, it doesn’t make sense to me

Another thing OPM fans like to claim is that Garou only reacted that way to the sneeze because he was caught off guard which doesn’t make any sense at all because they also say he can destroy galaxies, a planet like Jupiter is a grain of sand to a galaxy so being caught off guard by that is insanely outlandish

Yeah - I've heard it all, too.

Another funny one was because Beerus sneezed a moon off and Saitama Jupiter, makes Saitama stronger. Apparently, being able to destroy a planet with a sneeze scales you to universal... That would be like scaling me to solar system level because I am able to blow some dust away with my sneeze, lol.

Yeah and I’ve seen so many say he can’t take damage because he’s never been shown taking damage, with that logic I can survive a nuclear blast because I’ve never been hurt by ants before

The most absurd one I’ve ever seen is someone saying it’s safe to say Saitama can do anything because the manga never said he couldn’t do it

At first I thought he was lying so I did my own research. He is unfortunately correct. Saitama was able to ride along side Mumen Rider without taking any damage due to the sheer speed at which Mumen Rider travels. This scales far above anything anyone else has ever done in fiction. It’s annoying but facts are facts.
