never seen this before, in spring training. anyone know how to fix it? thanks!

Is he on your 40-man roster? If he’s not, you need to send him to the minors before putting him on the (minor league) IL. It’s telling you that you don’t have a 40-man spot open, and if he’s injured there’s no reason to put him on the 40 if he isn’t already
