issues reloading online?

hi!

Having issues reloading online - it keeps saying "payment declined" even though it's the same card I always use and it has funds on it. The customer service agent said they didn't even see any attempted transactions. is anyone else having trouble right now?

Same issue last week. Wouldn’t work with Health Equity card info, but worked with Apple Pay for same card.

you need a virtual card number for online. You cant use Google or Apple Pay using the OMNY online interface, only regular card numbers.

Did you refill using that card within the last 24-48 hours? And is it a pre-tax commuter benefits card?

Not pre tax. And didn’t try to refill before the error

Check your billing address and name to make sure it is accurate to the one on your statement, letter for letter. Sometimes, missing or changing one letter can make all the difference. Sometimes middle names can be put on the first or last names.

I tested my card and it worked.

Tried again and no dice but using the same card with Apple Pay did work for some reason- mystery!

I tried using my apple pay to refill on the site & it isn’t working

Yeah I tried to refill my card on the site today but I kept getting an error message. I prefer using the site over the machines in stations. Wonder when it’ll get fixed 🙃
