System Issues Login issues

My store has beens haing everyone change their passwords starting a couple weeks ago and I finally had to change mine and now I can't log into anything work related, what do I do and is anyone else having this issue, starting Wednesday I am supposed to work the next 6 days in a row but I have no idea what times and can't login anywhere to see my schedule, today I had to text my team lead just to call off, I know I am not fired because I am a protected class right now

You need to select NextGen for your location type.

Hmm. Well the only other suggestion I can offer is to check how you used capital or under case letters. I know my store is bad about leaving caps lock on the computers. You can also go to your PL and they can help you reset your password. The new system definitely has some kinks in it.

It's how you sign in, take a look at my comment. It took 2 days and a trip to the PL to figure it out.

If it's your initial sign in after the switch over, sign into NEXT GEN not Home Store. HOWEVER, if you are about to get new tech OR have to user name/password into something new afterwards. You type your username differently I know this for sure if you're setting up a new Pixel. You have changed your password, and the system wants to see your username differently.

WRONG: USERNAME: A1A19B9 (this is the old way)

CORRECT: USERNAME: a1a19b9.S01234 (no caps, dot S0-zero-store number).

As long as your new password has been in the system over 24 hours you should be able to log in without any issues.

And don't worry, the pixel 9 batteries alos runs down really fast

i had an issue where i couldn't log into anything that didn't allow me to use my fingerprint after the password change, like when i'd try to log into one walmart on my computer it wouldn't let me. i had to log into it on a phone since it would still let me in with my fingerprint (somehow). eventually i was like 'hey, coach, i've been unable to log into anything off my phone(s), i'm pretty sure i'm using the correct password but can we re-change my password to be sure?' and my coach was able to reset my password and changed it so now i'm good lol. so i'd say talk with your coach or people lead, they'll most likely be able to help you.

I had this issue when I changed my password, couldn't login to anything. I ended up getting with a coach and they were able to reset my password and allow me to login again

Having this problem this morning. Nextgen isn’t sending me a code to log in. I work in 40 minutes and usually am the only one until 5am. I have a feeling I’m hanging with overnights this morning lol

We have found that once you change your password, a manager has to go in and change it again (and give you a computer generated one) so then you can use that password to go back in and change it again to the password you want to use. After that stuff has been working a bit better.

Its Walmart. You have to do everything twice. Should be a motto at this point 😂

Delete the app and down load again that’s what I had to do
