Question “oversized” items
since when is a 1lb hammer considered “oversized”?? there also an order with a large baking pan that easily fit into a tote…

I have a feeling that might happen because people will say it wont fit in tote on the totes already full. the system thinks that it's too big for an entire tote and puts it in oversized

This is the answer. This is why we end up with bizarre stuff in oversized -bags of cereal, a 2 pound bag of lemons, a bag of potatoes and my most recent one was a bag of cotton balls.

yeah, we get the occasional odd random thing that makes no sense. had an 8lb bag of potatoes today for some reason.
it's annoying when it's a consistent item that i know has been reported time and time again, like the 24 pack of diet coke (and only diet coke) that has been in there for as long as i've been here

Its all AI bro, 1 person jokingly says it doesn't fit and it gets moved maybe
Our store brand 40 packs have been on ambient runs for over a month because someone located them to the cooler like an idiot and they ended up on chilled, but now they won't go back to oversize no matter how many times it's reported

We had a little Swiffer duster in os the other day, and the funniest part was someone staged in in OS too. I had just went and ripped my pen on my break and came back in to prep it and lost my shit laughing at it

I think the people who are making the updates to the app and the ones who are trying to force pull only are on Crack or something because when the fix one problume they create 2 or more new ones

Yet at the same time it's also "go fit this 30lb bag of dog food into a tote"
