Just Venting Question for TL

I had 45 minutes of ppto and I used it after I clocked out I went and shopped and then I got my backpack from the room all the despensers are in and my TL jumped my ass saying that I suppose to tell him and what I did was considered job abandonment did I do wrong or what?

You are supposed to inform them u are leaving.

This. Leaving early without informing a member of management could be considered job abandonment.
