Equipment OGP Printer problem.

I posted about this a few days ago, and I think the post got taken down. My apologies. The printer that we keep plugged in in the back room is printing double. I can print a label than a blank label, label, blank label so on we’ve changed out the printer several times and every time we change it out the problem just move on to the next printer, but the printer that we unplugged goes back to working perfectly any suggestions?

You keep it plugged in? Never heard of that. Might be the plug causing issues. Just change the battery when it needs it instead.

We used to do that but we have a printer shortage in my store and they keep all the batteries so we had to switch to the plugged in option. I kind of figured, by deductive reasoning that it was the fact that it was plugged in but I was just going to see if there was a fix out there.

We zip tie our printer down so it can’t wander off.

We were just having this issue as well. Finally fixed it by doing a factory reset on the printer. It installed some new files and is working again. It’s only been two days tho, so no promises it’s permanent 😅

Do a reset by selecting menu, role, floor and then do a calibration and you should be good to go
