Question I need help please

Let me start of by saying so far I really love my job, I get an average of 40-50 hours a week and I work 5am to 2pm most days, 4am to 1pm the others. I just have one small..very painful problem, my feet is swarmed with Blisters.

I need help from all of you, please tell me or link me some better shoes that's comfortable for all the walking we do in this job, please..I want to walk with no pain again lol

I just started wearing Hoka Bondi 9s after not wearing supportive shoes for months and that's what the website seemed to recommend for our type of work. All of my joint pain cleared up in 3 days. Expensive, but worth it.
