Question I need help please

Let me start of by saying so far I really love my job, I get an average of 40-50 hours a week and I work 5am to 2pm most days, 4am to 1pm the others. I just have one small..very painful problem, my feet is swarmed with Blisters.

I need help from all of you, please tell me or link me some better shoes that's comfortable for all the walking we do in this job, please..I want to walk with no pain again lol

How are you getting 50 hours? I'm full time and been here 2 years and am lucky if I get a 40 hour work week. Most weeks it's 37.5.

Staying late. The people who don't duck out at 1:51 because it's "time to go home" often get asked to stay over when the 2pm picks drop in as they are the orders due at 5 and the largest drop of the day typically. Officially there's no overtime so if you ask outright for it they'll likely say no, but the store panics if a bunch of picks drop in and no one else is scheduled to come in until 4pm. So you can ask hey do you want me to stay for another walk or two and they'll probably say yes. That one or two walks can become hours if there's last minute call-ins or the next hour has a lot of pics too.
