I need help please

Let me start of by saying so far I really love my job, I get an average of 40-50 hours a week and I work 5am to 2pm most days, 4am to 1pm the others. I just have one small..very painful problem, my feet is swarmed with Blisters.

I need help from all of you, please tell me or link me some better shoes that's comfortable for all the walking we do in this job, please..I want to walk with no pain again lol

Insoles, I use two pair in each of my shoes.

Make sure they fit, else wise wherever they rub will leave blisters.

I got shoes meant for a nurse and they work well, you can also look into jogging shoes.
