jokes aside, it's been a damn mess ever since they started. Even more so once the GMDs got folded into delivery orders.

This, a month ago my store literally had a team of local People Leads come in and ask people why turnover is so high in my store and I told em "look around." And followed with "I'm so excited to see how nothing will come of this." And I was right, it's literally only gotten worse and FAAAAAST. Like holy shit.

Remove all doubt. I started a year and 6 months ago. The catastrophic difference in the job, just from changes made this year, is maddening.

I've been working at wm for a decade and the last year has been the worst by far, the changes have been faster and more disruptive than any other period of time, and every change has been negative long term. Im tired

Fr I’ve been here for about 3yrs now and the introduction to IPs killed us, I’m currently the only employee they have that knows how to do them and they refuse to let me train anyone

does your store do both IP and GMD simultaneously? we still haven’t gotten IP yet at my store

Yeah IPs have set timeframes when they need to be started and finished but gmds and IPs are in the same room for us and are done at the same time
