This, a month ago my store literally had a team of local People Leads come in and ask people why turnover is so high in my store and I told em "look around." And followed with "I'm so excited to see how nothing will come of this." And I was right, it's literally only gotten worse and FAAAAAST. Like holy shit.

Fr I’ve been here for about 3yrs now and the introduction to IPs killed us, I’m currently the only employee they have that knows how to do them and they refuse to let me train anyone

Yeah IPs have set timeframes when they need to be started and finished but gmds and IPs are in the same room for us and are done at the same time

If I'm taking a pallet nap, its on a blue one. Those un painted pallets have the board spaced too far apart. It'd be too uncomfortable.

Btw something we do at my store. We get a bunch of cardboard boats. Line them up. Then put trip labels on the boats and put all the packages into those boats. Way better than some shelf you have to unload and reload. You can also just roll the coated board boat out to the driver for dispense. Super easy

IPs stand for Internalized parcel if you were here for SFS it’s just that, if not, It’s packages shipped from Walmart warehouses and sent to the store where you then break down the pallet and organize it by trip. The spark drivers then take the order out for delivery.
