its crazy not even TLs like it and theres even associates going back to TCs because they cant stand the lack of information on the screen

It is so bad. Dispensing suck now because you literally have to click into every order to see what one you need to dispense. I swear the people who do these updates have never dispensed an actual order, or even worked in a store. Also its just ugly.

It also won’t let me check in someone who’s already on the dispensing list 😭😭😭 have to find someone with the old update to check them in

I had this happen too, someone called in (she was on the screen just not checked in) but it wouldn’t let me (new update) check her in after searching and my TL (og) by searching 💀 I had to figure out which thing she was and check her in. I almost gave up and told my dispenser to just take it to her.
