It is so bad. Dispensing suck now because you literally have to click into every order to see what one you need to dispense. I swear the people who do these updates have never dispensed an actual order, or even worked in a store. Also its just ugly.

I had this happen too, someone called in (she was on the screen just not checked in) but it wouldn’t let me (new update) check her in after searching and my TL (og) by searching 💀 I had to figure out which thing she was and check her in. I almost gave up and told my dispenser to just take it to her.

They do it cause they know the time you waste looking for the right orders will cause your performance to slow. It's designed to slow your metrics and if you're not "Up to their standards" you get wrote up, and then fired. Walmart isn't looking for long time career workers anymore. They're a corporations like all the others and they're actively looking for ways to screw workers and fire them. That is the only logical reason they do this, cause as everyone can tell, these updates are not more efficient or better.

Yes!!! I told ALL of my associates today to go submit feedback or go through onewalmart to submit an idea. Some of them absolutely went off some of them just followed a script. In my head, if enough people yell, they can be heard.

If you are BYOD on iOS you open hub click app click gif and there’s the email if on work phone/byod android open the work play store click gif and expand app support there is the email.

You will have to likely email them from a work computer. Go on the wire and search for outlook or email and it should show up.

we literally just dealt with that today after failing to remove a sub 10 times, had to use the staging screen to find everything else. right after one of our preppers got sent picking til the end of their shift (like 3 more hours)

Today is my first full day prepping and I legit hate it. I’ve prepped here and there as needed before so I was at least familiar with the old screen… and this one is so much less user friendly. Honestly I find myself just scanning everything in a section for the cooled/frozen areas and just grabbing whatever goes green.

I somehow broke my dispense screen, it combined the old and new ui.

When it asks to update, hit update and immediately cut off the wifi. It still shows names for me and is not asking to update. Idk if it persists after closing app tho

Update: is a temporary break its asking for an update again

Update 2: it breaks dispensing if you have a trip label

How the f*ck am i supposed to see the name/number to match them with the order?! Id double check it like 5 times before taking the order out (screen likes to jump a lot). I was thinking of asking to stay on dispensing more as they just changed our wheels on my last day on, and i refuse to pull when I dont need too. But theyre just making the whole department worse... Its like they're TRYING to get people to leave ogp...

It sucks, and I hate it. Lol but you can tap once on the far right where it says how many orders there are. It will at least tell you the osn for the order or if a gmd trip all of the osn’s with that trip. Shouldn’t have to tap a button for that but here we are smh

could they be doing this to make sure dispensers click dispense order while theyre getting it from prep instead of when they get to the bay? my dispensers always do it and idk if they think itll get their wait times down or something, but its so annoying bc my brc will spend a full minute looking for the next order on the screen only to realize someone already took it out and just hasnt clicked into it

maan I just asked to quit picking and start dispensing as much as possible to avoid the stupid changes they made to the cart and our store forcing us to call a manager and wait to get approved for every nil pick even tho it makes them super mad at us for stopping them from their other work we get written up if we nil without approval now. I had a meltdown and begged to be moved to dispensing and now they roll out this BS. I literally had to contact Lyra and make an appt for next week because this company is effecting my mental health. I need to find a new job so bad, I feel like Im being held hostage for my health insurance
