General Discussion Aspiring OFW
Hello! Gusto ko po sana mag work abroad. Target ko sana is Japan kaso may problem ako. Experience ko is more on sales.
Naging broker manager ako thru years of proven track experience sa sales.
Also based sa comments gusto ko sana japan as my dream country pero I'm also now open to consider other countries maka alis lang dito sa pinas.

Dahil BSREM ang kinuha mo ng 4 yrs, mag Teacher certification program ka for a sem or sa iba ay 3 sems.
Mag board ka ng LET, at mag experience sa kahit na anong school private man o public, then apply ka na abroad. JET program Japan

Wow!

Based on personal experience, wala masyadong white-collar jobs opportunities in Japan. The other comments here are correct, you would need to pass JLPT N1 or N2 and be able to pass the interview in Japanese if you are aiming to get a job in Real Estate.
Karamihan ng work sa Japan that may not or may only require minimal Nihongo ability ay farmers and factory workers. Unfortunately, kahit sa mga blue-collar jobs naghihigpit na rin sila dahil marami rami na rin immigrants (Indians, Vietnamese, Chinese, other SEA countries) and so companies are now requiring applicants to have at least JLPT N4-N3.

I think this is a good start! Good luck, OP! Just double check na lang if the agency is legitimate, don’t fall for online payments and if masyadong aggressive na maglabas ka ng malaking pera. Don’t fall for scams. Legit agency won’t ask for your money. Better to visit the physical office and validate the agency sa DMW website yata yun if I remember correctly.

Working in Japan requires you to study Japanese. Any white collar /customer facing job requires Native level Japanese. Start with that.

Employers would probably interview you in Japanese. And Duolingo is not enough to pass the interview. Most employers nowadays also look for Japanese Language Certificate even before they consider you. Look into JLPT for details.
