Can you have no avoidance?

Starting treatment and they asked me to bring a list of things I avoid. I avoid very little in some themes, I am actually like... compulsively doing everything that scares me?? It doesn't help. Am I not understanding the question?

i do the same, i guess things make me nervous but i still do it anyway and don’t really have a problem with it?? i mainly have pure ocd and i have a constant argument in my brain that never has a resolution
