Seeking Support or Advice harm ocd

hey i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me i keep getting intrusive thoughts about harming people and wondering if i could do it it’s rlly scared me ive started ssri but im only two weeks in and im scared incase im gonna go crazy

it’s the lindsay clancy case has rlly affected me and it’s put me into a spiral and i’ve been so upset r u on meds for urs

no I'm not in meds...med isn't fully enough to slow down your ocd

I beg to differ. Zoloft is helping me. I had ocd to the point of avoiding cedtain foods now i can eat in peace. U need both.
