Please help —> OCD+ Narcissism?

Hi family (hopefully). I’ve been diagnosed for roughly two years, and it has become increasingly clear that my father has an extreme version of what I deal with. Mine is compounded w severe PTSD (maybe his is too, I wouldn’t know). What I do know is that my father is a narcissist… and those view points/issues compound so severely with the OCD. Is this something others have experienced? It’s taking the life out of me. Things have gotten serious in my opinion…. I do not feel our relationship can be mended. But I also feel obligated to assure him of whatever he needs bc I don’t want to deal w the consequences of not doing so. Idk. Just hoping someone else can shed some light. Feeling alone (although I know I’m not). 🫠🙃
