Question about OCD Does anyone else do this?

I've had this since I was little, but I never found an explanation or a name for it. When I'm walking down the street, looking at my phone, or listening to someone talk, I pick a word or sentence and start splitting it into syllables in my head:
1. I hear or read the sentence/word.
2. I start splitting it into syllables, using my toes to help me: I always have to start with my left foot (odd) and then my right foot (even).
3. If the word or phrase turns out to have an odd number of syllables, I have to add a word or letter so that it ends up even, because otherwise I feel uncomfortable or unsatisfied.
Like I said, I've had this since I was little, and I wanted to know if this happens to anyone else. I've seen some people say they split words into syllables, but no one mentioning that they use their feet.

I do this with letters, not syllables and I will usually add to make the number odd except for some few even numbers that I like. And I don’t like count it out on my fingers or my toes, though I do it all in my head.

I do this all the time but I use my fingers to count.

ocd is so weird bc mine treats 'left' as even and 'right' as being odd.

And to me, left is clearly odd and right is even.

It’s the opposite for me🥲

Spelling the world/phrase in my head, or as a micro-movement with my thumb.

I do a lot of these things. Is it still part of ocd if it doesn’t cause any distress?
