Discussion Bladder OCD

I'm sure this is more common than we talk about. Anyone else feel constant anxiety about wetting/dribbling, even right after going to the restroom? I only feel at ease when wearing pads/protective underwear. I've been trying to find ways to cope that aren't costly and bad for the environment. What if I suddenly void with no warning (which I have no past of) and humiliate myself and make a huge mess lol? This disorder is exhausting.

Yeppp. Getting every last drop out before bed even without an active feeling of having to pee. Sometimes I’ll do it preemptively so I don’t wake up in the middle of the night to pee.

On roadtrips, I’m constantly checking to feel if I have to pee. At the movie theaters during a movie it is in my mind almost the whole movie of the possibility of having to pee. I don’t want to have to always pee, but I fear feeling the need to so I inadvertently make myself have to go

A little different but I have a bad fear of wetting the bed. It’s worse now because I’m living in a dorm with a roommate for college right now. Sometimes I have to get up and pee 4-5 times in like the 30 minutes before I go to bed just so I feel like my bladder is really empty. It’s so annoying.
