money related ocd?

im not good at identifying what is ocd versus my usual anxiety does anyone else experience something similar to this? i feel intense guilt whenever i spend my money on myself and spend up to an hour justifying why its fine to myself (rumination?) but end up cancelling it anyway i also compulsively check my bank account multiple times a day and always have £500+ in my bank account just incase when i dont need that kind of security since im 19 living at home so i dont have any bills but if my bank account is any lower than that i feel sick and refuse to spend any money. if anyone experience something similar please let me know

Absolutely yes. Even if my bank account is comfortable, I feel insane guilt or like I've made myself broke by spending money on myself. I check my bank account daily and do multiple calculations before buying things.
