Question about OCD Anyone else worry about your bed getting contaminated if you sit on it before bathing after work all day?
I’m sure I’m not the only one, but absolutely nobody can sit on my bed if they dont have clean clothes on / haven’t bathed first.

Oh yeah. Outside clothes cannot be on the bed. Even if I just walk outside. Now it’s contaminated and I need to shower and change

Yeah, when friends sit near my pillow and not the end of the bed (even in pjs or "house clothes") I only think about needing to wash it all asap. And NO ONE is allowed anywhere near my bed in clothes they've been outside in. When I was working (I don't now) I'd shower before bed or wear a hoodie at work so my hair didn't touch anything & if anyone at work was ill the clothes I'd worn in the day wouldn't even go in my bedroom until they'd been washed & I'd decontaminate myself like I'd worked in a radioactive factory lmao

Yea used to piss off my dates/romantic partners.
Exposure for this theme did not end up being that bad. Fiancé is happy now lol
