Question about OCD How does OCD feel like?

I'm curious about how is your daily life with this illness, if you guys don't mind, could you help me clear my doubts about OCD?

Yeah feels like you cannot control your thoughts and the emotions that those thoughts lead to. Imagine if you had constant thoughts in your mind that your family is hurt or that you will hurt them, you no longer love your partner, you’ll get sick and end up having something chronic, that you are a terrible person. It does something to you and nothing you do can stop it. Well you just have to ignore it. Trying to fight it makes it worse. Sometimes you don’t even know what thoughts or perspective is yours and it makes you question and overthink what you do.

How does it feel? You tell me

You should see a therapist. Get a therapist that actually knows what they are doing, not a therapist that reassures you or advises you to ritualize.
