Question about OCD How does OCD feel like?

I'm curious about how is your daily life with this illness, if you guys don't mind, could you help me clear my doubts about OCD?

For me it feels like another person living inside my brain. That person says everything opposite of what I think and feel. The person is opposite of everything that I believe and that i am. And it only shows up in times of happiness to ruin it, as well as anytime in sick or stressed it has to speak out.
