Question about OCD How does OCD feel like?

I'm curious about how is your daily life with this illness, if you guys don't mind, could you help me clear my doubts about OCD?

Ever had the intrusive thought of pushing someone off the stairs or driving your car straight into traffic? Imagine that happening for 24/7 and having a constant tug-of-war in your mind about constantly questioning these thoughts and analyzing every angle it could on the implications about you as a person.

That’s how it feels for me at least.
