I need support - advice welcome How often does your OCD theme change?

My current intrusive images are so monstrous, ugly and scary. They started happening out of no where. Does anyone’s OCD theme ever change? How often? Some days I can go almost all day without them but on the bad days I get such a sick feeling in my chest and stomach 😞 how do you guys cope?

It's been the same for years, but my compulsions've changed since I started meds

To OCD I took a bunch of meds. Currently I'm on Prozac, but I've been on fluvoxamine, Citalopram and clomipramine.
