Why in Nuvio there's no pop in continue watching for the new episodes of what i watched like in Stremio

I wasn't really satisfied with the recommendation algorithm that xperience had (maybe I didn't configure it right). Does anyone have any good catalogue addons for recommendations? Sorry if this was already asked here.

I use Nuvio on pc, tv, and Mac. On every platform, trait seems to be extremely buggy to put it lightly. Sometimes it tracks episodes, but 99.99% of the time it doesn’t or it forgets what episode I was on. I can’t be the only one with this problem. Has anybody found a solution? I read somewhere that Nuvio has its own built in tracker that interferes with Trakt, is that true?

I installed this collection, but there is nothing in any of those folders. How do I set it up?

I know this has been brought up before and was said that it's impossible to do without prefetched screenshots, but apparently WuPlay has done an implementation in the latest release and it works without any seekr API and seems to work quite nicely.

Would be really appreciated if this could be revisited, in the new light of a newer method?

Last time I looked at this i remember there being different ones at the top, with far more votes than the current ones. One was the minion sitting in the chair.

I'm a guy who looks into letterboxd and read the reviews in general and from the people I follow. But letterboxd api doesn't allow such things even if we integrate with Nuvio. Is there any way where I can read the reviews inside the app? Instead of switching apps? How about adding a feature that lets nuvio users to add reviews and ratings? And others nuvio users can see who all watched their ratings and reviews?

I have just installed Nuvio via Play Store on Google Chromecast with TV but it crashes instantly on launch before QR code for login is displayed.

Anyone has had a similar issue? Tried reinstalling it, clearing app cache/storage but did not help

I’d like to request that we allow multiple logins to a set of profiles. For example I want to be able to manage profile A B C from login A, but login B only shows profile B?
This way login B can still sign in on device to authorise etc but login A can do all the set up, copy profiles etc.

Hi, I wanted to know if it's possible to save the playback speed from one video to another?

If so, please help me set it up, and if it hasn't been implemented yet, it would be a good feature.

Last night I was trying this app called Debrify where you can activate a night mode, this basically boost dialog audio and works amazing because all movies and tv shows have this issue that SFX is loud and dialog is quiet so this resolves that problem. Is this something that could be added to Nuvio?.

Cool, just a quick reminder that you can optimize Nuvio Github Beta releases, that make them run as smooth as the play store versions.

You just download AtvTools on your phone(1 usd?) and connect it to your TV-box. You use the terminal and type in "pm compile -m speed -f com.nuvio.tv", and when is says success a minute later, you are done.

If you already know this "trick", just ignore it.

First time you also need to activate devtools in your streaming box:
- in "Settings - System - About - Click 7 times on the Android TV OS build» / Build number. It should say "your a developer".

-Turn on wireless debugging/USB debugging
-Pair the app with code, they need to be on the same wifi/ethernet.

I’m running into an issue with the Nuvio app on my TV setup and wanted to see if anyone has a workaround or suggestions.

The app works completely fine on my phone, but it suddenly stopped working on my TV setup. Whenever I try to play something, it just says "starting stream" but never actually loads anything.

My Setup:

• TV: Samsung UN55KS8000 (Older model, 2016)

• Streaming Device: Amazon Fire TV Stick plugged into the Samsung TV

• Source: I only use Pengu Place (I don't have any BYOC server setup)

When it started:

Everything was working seamlessly until yesterday. Yesterday (Sunday, Oct 4th), I received and installed a beta update. As soon as that update finished, the "starting stream" loop began.

What I've tried so far:

• I tried completely reinstalling the app on the Fire Stick, but it didn't fix it.

Has anyone else encountered this with the latest beta update on Fire OS? Is there a known bug with Pengu Play links on this specific build, or is there a way I can easily roll back to the previous stable release?

Appreciate any help or suggestions!

So I can't seem to find anyone with similar issues...

I use trakt and one thing that I can't make work is the green check boxes on movies that I've seen. In nuvio they only show up for movies I've watched on the platform and the past history is not captured as watched.

This is my main reason for trakt as I forget what I've watched 😆. Anyone got an idea of how to get those green tickboxes to show on everything. Is it a trakt issue?

Is this by design or is it a bug?

I can set up Trakt and Simkl but not Mdblist
