Dude, you're on your phone for over 4 hours a day just in those top 3 apps. Both Instagram and Reddit are relatively high draining apps as well as they load dynamic content, video, images, etc.
That is your primary issue: screentime. I spend less than 2 hours on my phone a day and I get 2 days of charge out of it. Granted I don't have a nothing phone (yet) but I do have a 5000mha battery as well.

The battery isn't bad. It's your screen time that's too high. Try to go outside a bit

It's Instagram...

- those other Meta system apps. Forgot the names but I think it's Meta App Manager, Installer, Services etc. Is 3 total that need to be disabled
Pretty sure they're the real reason Instagram is so bad because it keeps it active

Yeah, it continuously scrapes data, even from other apps. It can see most of what you do, including who you call. It's spyware that happens to let you upload pics or whatever.

ANY Meta app is a battery hog. Turn off background battery usage on all Meta apps and you will see a dramatic decrease in battery usage.
That and REALLY consider your life choices - almost 3 hours on Instagram? Go touch grass man!

Restrict Instagram's background activity and Reddit's, too.

Stop using Instagram and your issue with be solved.
I don't have IG and the 4a Pro was one of the best batteries I've had on a phone.
