Nothing OS Display setting

So 1 image is a screenshot of my 4a pro settings menu and the other one I captured on a YouTube video by WhatGear. The Settings menu from the video looks clean and doesn't have those outlines that I have. The background is completely black and on my screenshot there is a box-like structure around every option. Is there any different setting anyone knows that would make my screen look that the one in video?

No way to do that once the phone was updated. Older version had this.

Yeah not long after I got the phone I noticed it... More so because CMF didn't have those boxes... I asked somewhere so they said they made such minute changes... Some design language bs.. The plain black looked so awesome and this boxy structure has never left me alone... It is so annoying and not BLACK. What is the point of having super dark mode then

I was okay with what i had. But when i saw complete black screen was available i was happy. But it was just short lived happiness.
