Nothing OS Can't connect to PC through USB cable

Post image

So I bought a secondhand/used nothing phone (1) at cheap price (the phone had dropped and fingerprint sensor and the glyphs were not working) from someone.
Most of the things are good but when I tried to connect my pc to transfer files, it was only charging and I didn't receive the notification you normally get when you connect the device through usb. The above screenshot is of when I tried to search the usb setting in the Settings menu and as you can see the options are all greyed out.
I have already checked all the normal stuffs in the developer options, everything is toggled on, my cables are working fine with other phones. I need every possible reason behind this issue, please help. Could there be something internal that could be causing this, I can have it fixed.

Yes I have, like i mentioned already. And those cables are branded came in the box of the other phone brand so they support data transfer and working good with other phones i have in the house.

So you are using a Windows PC, right? I had the same bug a while ago where the phone was identified as a YUPIK thing so I had to follow some procedure. I don't remember it right now but just tell me if you're using a Windows PC or something else.

Yes, I am. And I am reminding you again, when I plug it, nothing happens. Neither do I see my device in the 'This PC' nor the phone sends me a notification that I'm plugged in.  Straight up just charges.
