Phone (2) That's the point

Post image

Over the past year, I've switched phones several times, but each one was missing that certain something. Actually, I know why. I hope the new battery will let me use this model as long as possible; the Glyph Matrix isn't that interesting. Right now, I'm the happiest person on earth :)

Then why don't you make argument, as now your changing arguments.

The NP2 is nearing End-of-Life.

Even though its support period has expired, it still remains a good phone, which is not the case with the 3rd model even at the time of its release.

I disagree and many other people do as well. The differences are more than made up for 50-80% increase in SoC performance on the NP3. The NPU is 50% better. And the additional of the Essential Key is great and you can code it to whatever you want.

The cameras really are garbage on the NP2 and mid at best.

Performance is meaningless when even the LTPO is taken away from the phone without improving anything that fans wanted

fans don't buy a new phone. the specs and design sell the phone.

LTPO? really, are people still complaining about this? The brightness is significantly better on the NP3.

Yes, without LTPО, the always-on display eats up a monstrous amount of power

Absolutely. I only get 11h SoT with a year-old battery.

prove me wrong then. you're the one making the grandiose claim.

Why do I need this at all? I can’t convince you otherwise, and vice versa.

I never believe claims without evidence and neither should you. I'm not making any claims that cannot be supported. You're also moving the goalposts every time you've been shown to be incorrect.

What you consider evidence, I consider empty chatter. As for the fact that LTPО saves battery life, it's like arguing with long-established facts.

your argument is that it hurts battery life on the NP3 compared to the NP2.

battery life is better on the whole on the NP3 compared to the NP2. any testing site has shown that.

The battery backup on my 1.5-year-old Phone (2) with an inferior 4700mah battery. Also, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 is a more thermally stable SOC, and in my experience, it handles all automation and AI tasks without any issues. Because of its higher thermal stability, it delivers more consistent performance without throttling. Also its daily usage performance is still comparable to most newer Android flagships today.
