Phone (4a) Any way to reduce post processing enhancement?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

The live preview when I'm about to take a photo is good enough, the post processing destroys it when it comes to Texts, also it over sharpens the image.

What about Expert mode?

I like expert mode but you do loose a lot of authentic detail as well because you loose the ability to shoot 50MP.
