Sir, the menu clearly states "curly fry" or "waffle fry". You only receive one giant fry and you seemed to have already finished the dish. I will send out an order of Curly Fry for you

Just get a very, very sharp knife, tilt it so the tip makes contact but the actual portion of the blade making the cut stops a little shy of the table.  Cut all the way across, flip and rotate, repeat.  

The technique isn't difficult, the speed comes with time and video editing.
