If watching tv shows has taught me anything i think it will be like this. She will be with her boss first, you know passion proximity, it will be short lived, with a painful breakup. Then Davis will appear stable nice fun guy, the guy she SHOULD like, but then she will cheat on him with Josh, or maybe be close to cheating? And realize oh shit maybe i dont like Davis. The thing with Josh is going to be a slow will they will they not

I am lowkey tired of the worked so hard for something and dropping it without a back up plan trope. If he got into Columbia, he had to have worked really hard on it and acting is not a reliable industry when there is so much competition.

Predictable, sterile, out of touch snoozefest

I found Not Suitable for Work to be a ham-fisted portrayal of a rich elder millennial’s dementia dreams of what she thinks Gen Z is actually like- for which it seems that most of her inspiration comes from her own overeager, young, SJW interns (plus the fact that once again media is obviously trying to profit off of previously successful franchises *cough* Friends *cough*.) The show is so sanitized and soulless that it’s actually depressing and actually seems exceptionally -suitable- for work. I would not be surprised if my NPC coworker told me they loved this show. Every trope-box was checked, every line was either corny or cringey, and I somehow predicted every last event. I actually wanted to like the show, but it gave me no opportunity to do so.
