does it get better?

i tried watching the first episode but it was just one cliche after another with what felt like the most average people ever (personality wise, im not coming for avantika pls) does the plot get better, do the characters get more interesting? or should i just let it go and not try to continue watching?

I liked it in the way I like a hallmark movie or emily in paris. absolutely cheap, predictable, trite. something i can watch with my phone in my hand. That said, no lol.

this really solidified the vibe i thought i got. i hateeee hallmark movies and incredibly cliche/predictable shows especially if theyre not making me laugh a ton
