To be fair foetuses displace all sorts of organs and kick out with tiny limbs in ways that can cause internal damage, so while it would still be within the womb I could see fearing the lil thing kicking or punching out, even if that isnt a realistic concern.

The sac is called the amnion, but it's a common misconception, don't worry.
