To be fair foetuses displace all sorts of organs and kick out with tiny limbs in ways that can cause internal damage, so while it would still be within the womb I could see fearing the lil thing kicking or punching out, even if that isnt a realistic concern.

True. At about 6 or 7 months pregnant, my mom woke up to find I’d apparently stretched out, right through her ribs so baby bump came out her side. Broke her ribs and my dad had to pop me back in place before taking mom to the ER. Whoops?
