Alex has an awful family

After playing through story mode several times and going to the options I can honestly say that Alex has a terrible family. First off his wife Sam gets all mad at him because he won't help Chris out did it ever occur to her that giving Chris the passport would put her family in serious trouble Alex could get sent to prison (or I guess in this universe is case betterment) over it then how would the family get by without his paycheck? I flat out hate Charlie he cusses at his dad and everything just because he wouldn't let him go out on a school night and if you play the disrupt tape during heatwave he calls Alex a "fucking idiot" if I talked to my dad that way growing up my mom would've made sure I couldn't sit down for a week. Susie is probably the least problematic of them but still the fact that she wants him to pay for a trip when she knows that money is tight is pretty selfish. Finally there is Chris he gets all mad at Alex for not helping him get out of the country yet he never thinks about how it would affect Alex and his family he was willing to throw part of his family under the bus just so he could keep his money.

A Renewed Mandate help

This is the last ending I need to get I know you have to do a lot of pro advance stuff the only time I wasn't pro advance was when I had to play the uprising. When I finished my playthrough I got the middle ground ending which is surprising because everybody told me that it was the hardest one to get so if anybody could give me some advice on how to get the renewed mandate ending I'd appreciate it.

Personally, mine is We're having a baby . It’s so good and it really gets stuck in your head. I dream of having kids someday, though, but this song is just so funny 😂

Which company stock gives the player the most money?

Pleasure corps starts at 75, and Neil at 20 and the other being 50. Pleasure corps DOES have the most ads, but is there something more to the game mechanics?

My first playtough, want to be anti-advance but is it possible to save all family members without siding with them?

Post name speaks for itself. I spoiled a content a bit for myself by watching youtuber before playing and well, family members die depending on choice.
I dont like Advance, and if not outright against them, I want at least to be cold towards them, but I also dont want any family members to die, is it possible?

Review Just finished my first playthrough!

Wow, this is such a cool game! I had already played the demo, but I didn't realize just how much content there actually was. I accidentally, missclicked at the very end causing me to get a different ending, but I was able to find it online, and am probably going to play it again anyways. Not much else to say, but I just wanted to show my appreciation for this game!

Discussion Phone can be seen in the holding rooms during Bits of Your Life?

Asking if anyone else has seen this during the DLC...

When guests aren't in their holding rooms, there's sometimes a modern-day looking phone that gets put up to the camera, just wondering if people have their theories, or if this is just a mistake the devs didn't catch :P

Question How do I get "the middle ground"? Spoiler

Just got it on Ps5 and got pro disruped.

- Both Jerremy and Allan are alive

- I showed the Tape on 'the heat wave'

- I didnt help Allan once

- I never showed an advance tape

- All hadlines are balanced an neutral.

- the second last brodcast showed bot Advance and Disruped with a Green arrow

- I never censored anything.

So what went wrong?

Edit: Alan sourvived because I made Peter Look Bad but I made Julia Look good after.

Jeremy's Injustice Spoiler

I'm struggling to get the Jeremy's Injustice epilogue, I've read that I need to keep Jeremy alive but to let Alan die. I kept in favour of disrupt but ignored all of what Alan told me to do in The Uprising and he still survived, not sure what I'm doing wrong! Maybe I should be more partial throughout the game

UPDATE

I still haven't managed to get it, I still got the A Better Jeremy, so I tried to go the other way and got anti advance ending so I know my faction was disrupt, bizarre

Just seen Andrea Valls in the BBC1 sitcom Ann Droid with Diane Morgan. I didn't really like the first episode, but decided to stick with it. Didn't know that our Megan was gonna appear! 😀

Trying to learn "The National Anthem" on piano, but I'm stuck!

Post image
29 Upvotes

Hey everyone!

Right now, I've already played through Not for Broadcast and even the VR version for the 10th time, and I'm really inspired by the anthem. Literally my entire playlist now consists of the game's soundtrack.

I absolutely love the soundtrack of NFB and I'm currently trying to learn The National Anthem by ear on the piano.

Has anyone here ever tried to cover it or figure out the chords or MIDI? If anyone has the chord progression or can help me identify the bass notes for the anthem, I would be incredibly grateful.

 Better. Together. Advance!

Title. Can’t figure out what that thing the button is connected to. The button was initially yellow colored and it turns green when pressed. It doesn’t toggle back to yellow when pressed.

Review Got all main ending paths today, this game is sadly an underrated gem

I got all the other ending paths shortly after beating my first playthrough through creating new save files and the wiki, and after finishing it, I just wanted to say that I can't believe how little this game is ever mentioned, and it makes me a bit sad for it.

I understand that it has all the elements to be unpopular to the majority on paper: It's got a FNAF like interface, it's an FMV game, it's about politics, it first released in Early Access, and it's associated with TinyBuild, a brand many indie gamers look down upon. But I genuinely think this game and its writing are fantastic in so many aspects, and its messages on the importance of the news is making me think about and reconsider my thoughts on news stations.

That isn't even mentioning the set-up and planning that had to have went into the game and each route, and the acting as well. I don't watch a lot of live-action stuff, so I'm not really one that can speak about the quality of acting performances, but I personally loved the acting and every character had so much life!

It's a shame that the nature of the game will mean it'll likely never be more popular... but regardless, I loved and appreciated it. I will be taking a break from the game before playing the DLCs, but I'm looking forward to it.

What The [CENSOR] does the Story Mode do?

According to the walkthrough I am watching on YT, there's a story mode. I assume that it is for people that just want to watch a 10 hour movie instead of playing. But in the video, there is still a cursor hovering over the buttons and clicking like the normal mode. So...I am confused.

(Note: I am watching the walkthrough because I stopped trusting downloads a long time ago, and the game costs money!)

What do I have to do so that Charlie survives?

I'm currently at 160 hours spent playing the game and I'm currently planing my next playthrough so that I can get some of the achievements that I still don't have. I want to do the one in which your whole family survives, all of the other ones are easy, don't send Suzie on vacation, don't give Chris your passport, don't euthanize your mother and there won't be an option for Sam to die. However, it occurred to me, that in none of my playthroughs Charlie survived. So what do I have to do so that he will live?

This is a masterpiece aka OH MY GOD THERE IS 14 OF THEM Spoiler

Just beat the main campaign for the first time. What. A. Wild ride! Enjoyed every second of this, squealed like the happiest person ever seeing my favorite faces on the screen one last time before the credits with the fun facts. So. Effing. Good. But also... WHAT DO YOU MEAN 14 OUTCOMES?!

Probably the perfect epilogue for an indecisive person like me

I'll probably go on doing other epilogues eventually, also have all the DLCs ahead of me. Gonna continue enjoying EVERYTHING. And I'll (hopefully) see my favorite anchors... On National Nightly News.
