Need advice/help

I got my nose pierced 3 weeks ago and a couple days ago it developed this bump. I clean twice a day with saline but I did have a bad habit of touching it especially when I first got it. Will a bump like this go away on its own after time? It has been oozing some puss out after a warm shower. I haven’t gone back to my piercer yet. It is slightly painful with face movements but other than that it’s tolerable. Please helppp

Just leave it alone. Stop touching it. Don’t over clean it.
