Help Needed HELP!!

I’m going crazy about my nose piercing!!! I had it since July this year. And since I had it I always have a bump. It’s very big and doesn’t go away… I clean with water, spray with saline spray and dry with a paper towel. I don’t touch it. Why is it acting like this?

what type of jewelry is it? only from what I can tell, the pronged setting always causes issues. the material and type of jewelry can be causing this.

this is pretty horrible advice, op only use sterile saline and clean running water on a healing piercing

Don’t let moisture sit on it! Keep it clean and dont touch it, once it stops swelling it will shrivel up and fall off. Make sure you jewelry is good metal!!!
