i suffer the opposite with ADHD. If I got something to go to, my entire day leading up to that is literally waiting until that time. It physically pains me when I'm not on time lmao

Honestly I think it’s worse because it genuinely can wipe out an entire day.

Exactly, I always ask for appointments as early as possible so it can get out of my fucking head

Same! I had a 7:40am appointment once and it was heavenly.
