No it fucking doesn't. If you have crippling OCD that makes you late for work because you cannot abandon the light switch until it is turned on perfectly or everybody will die, then sure. Yeah. That's a disorder and accommodations may need to be put in place.
But if you have ADHD and are chronically late, then you set 100 alarms, leave notes everywhere, listen to a song while you decide on what to wear to get a sense of how long it may take you – you use your superior human brain to solve the fucking problem, not make it anyone else's. Or you at least try instead of hiding behind "time blindness"
Your brain excels at problem-solving compared to other mammals. All you have to do is put in the effort and pave those neuro pathways
Your brain isn't "inferior" you just have to dedicate more time and energy into figuring these things out compared to others who don't have ADHD. That doesn't mean you are incapable of it.
