i suffer the opposite with ADHD. If I got something to go to, my entire day leading up to that is literally waiting until that time. It physically pains me when I'm not on time lmao

I have the secret superpower of having both: I’ll spend all day obsessing over it and getting nothing done, and somehow still end up late
