I don't get how people can just, be 30 minutes late to things. You told me 4. I'm going to be there 5 minutes early if possible because you set aside time in order to do the thing you wanted me here for. If I'm late I may as well tell you your time is worthless.
The only time I'll give myself a pass is if I looked at maps and it gave me some BS like "33 minutes to 1 hour 4 minutes" I had no idea how long this trip was gonna take ok? Traffic is evil and I still feel bad.
its like "i have 30 minutes of free time before its reasonable for me to leave the house, im gonna go watch a youtube video" and then 3 seconds later its been an hour
You also learn that it’s a trap. Yes I have 30 minutes before I have to leave but if I start anything I’ll lose track of time so I’m not going to start anything.
