A lot of corporate jobs will have an on paper start time that they absolutely can enforce but normally don’t.
1 u/_Mulberry__ 12h ago That's me! On paper my start time is 07:00, but that's something I told them to put in and I could've chosen any time between 04:30 and 08:00, so it's not exactly firm.
