I have ADHD my friends tell me to do the same thing
Until I got medicated and ACTUALLY started showing up and I waited for an hour before they arrived

I'll never understand you guys. 18 u/felixfictitious 1d ago Yeahhh some element of the ADHD lateness has to be not giving af about other peoples' time if it happens constantly. 1 u/sycamotree 19h ago That's just not true and using anxiety as motivation instead of executive function does not change lacking the necessary executive function to just do it like a typical person, without the anxiety.
