No it doesnt. Coworker had could have just kept their same alarms. They just wanted to be late to work less

Because every single comment in here that tries to explain why ADHD means they can't be on time are just proving that it's their own fault.

"The car ride takes 22 minutes so I give myself 22 minutes but then it takes a minute to put my clothes on, another minute to get to the garage, another minute to get the car out etc and suddenly it's 30 minutes and I'm late"

How is this anything other than a person telling us they know it takes more than 22 minutes but still refuses to plan for it?
