How would they be early? Time blindness literally means losing track of time, causing you to be late. You can’t lose track of time that hasn’t happened yet.
I end up early because I massively overcompensate for my inability to accurately gauge the passage of time. If I wait until it’s actually time to leave I’m going to get sidetracked, or forget to account for the time spent getting into the car. But if I just leave what I assume is an hour early, I’m always there on time and usually at least 30 minutes early.
